1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, sign in to your account, subscribe to premium features, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services.
Personal Information Provided by You. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

- subscription status and entitlement information
- communications you send to us through support forms or email
We do not store your password in our own systems. Authentication is handled through third-party authentication providers such as Firebase Authentication and, where available, Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive personal information.
Payment Data.
Payment transactions for subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device and purchase method. We do not collect or store your full payment card information. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, entitlements, and receipt validation related to in-app purchases. Social Login Data.
We may allow you to register or sign in using third-party login providers such as Apple or Google. If you choose to do so, we may receive certain account information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and account identifier, subject to the provider’s settings and policies.
Application Data.
If you use our application(s), we may collect limited technical information such as:
- Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect limited technical information about your device and app environment, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, device and application identifiers, and basic diagnostic information where needed to operate, secure, and display the Services properly on your device.
- Push Notifications. We may request permission to send push notifications related to your account, subscription status, app updates, or app features. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
We do not collect precise location information, and we do not use a third-party analytics SDK to track user behavior in the app.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

- Device Data. Information such as device type, operating system, app version, device and app identifiers, carrier or network information, and system configuration information needed to provide and secure the Services.

Our AI predictions are generated independently of your personal profile and are based on sports and statistical data rather than personal user data. We do not use your personal information to train individualized predictive models for you.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in using Apple or Google, we may receive limited information about you from those providers.
Our Services may offer the ability to register and log in using third-party account providers such as Apple or Google. Where you choose to do this, we may receive certain profile information from the provider, such as your name, email address, and account identifier, depending on the provider and your settings.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or otherwise made clear to you in the Services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how those third-party providers use your personal information. We recommend reviewing their privacy notices.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In general, we retain account-related information while your account remains active and for a limited period afterward as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and integrity. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and personal information from our active records, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because there currently is no uniform industry standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.
